We believe funding shouldn’t be exclusive or impossible to access—so we’ve created an easy, transparent way to get money directly to the people who need it most.
Here’s how it works:
If you’re a business or initiative, you can apply for funding through our quarterly funding drops, run your own crowdfunding campaign, or join our DEI Business Index for ongoing visibility.
If you’re a donor, you can contribute to our General Fund, donate to a specific cause, or directly support a business or initiative that aligns with your values.
If you’re a corporation, you can make a pledge, sponsor specific projects, or get involved in our high-impact partnerships to scale DEI efforts in your industry.
And the best part? We keep it 100% transparent. Every quarter, we publicly report where the money goes, and we highlight the businesses and initiatives you help fund—so you never have to wonder if your contribution is making a difference.
DEIfundme is open to any business, nonprofit, initiative, or community project that aligns with our mission of supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). If your work supports LGBTQ+, BIPOC, women-led, or social justice-driven efforts, you’re eligible.
We accept applications from:

We review applications on a quarterly basis, and applicants must be a part of our DEI Business Network for at least 30 days before applying. This helps us ensure we’re funding dedicated, community-driven leaders instead of short-term applicants who just want a quick check.

Businesses and initiatives can receive funding in three ways:
✅ Quarterly Funding Drops – We collect donations throughout the quarter, and businesses apply for funding. A selection committee reviews applications based on impact, need, and alignment with our mission. Funds are then distributed to the most deserving applicants.
✅ Direct Donations – If a business or initiative launches a crowdfunding campaign, donors can contribute directly to their goal. Unlike other crowdfunding platforms, we amplify campaigns by featuring them in our DEI Business Index and media channels.
✅ Corporate Pledges & Partnerships – Companies and brands committed to DEI can pledge ongoing funding, sponsor specific initiatives, or invest in our larger-scale impact projects.
The goal? Sustained financial support that grows with time—not just one-off grants that disappear after a single round of funding.
At this time, DEIfundme is not a nonprofit organization—we are a funding platform that operates like a social impact business. This means donations are not tax-deductible like they would be for a 501(c)(3) charity.
However, many corporations and businesses can claim DEIfundme contributions as charitable business expenses—especially if they sponsor specific initiatives. We recommend speaking with a tax professional to determine how your contributions can be structured for maximum financial benefit.

Unlike traditional crowdfunding platforms, we don’t penalize businesses for missing their goals. If a campaign doesn’t meet its target, the funds raised still go to the business.
